The famous Hollywood actress Kelly Preston dies at 57

American actress Kelly Preston, who starred in dozens of successful Hollywood movies, has died. She was 57 years old.

Her husband, a well-known Hollywood actor John Travolta announced her death in a post on Instagram. “With the help of encouragement of so many people, my beautiful wife Kelly battled breast cancer for two years, but eventually she was defeated.

In his post on social media, Travolta paid tribute to the medical staff who took care of his wife.

It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer. She fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many. My family and I will forever be grateful to her doctors and nurses at MD Anderson Cancer Center, all the medical centers that have helped, as well as her many friends and loved ones who have been by her side. Kelly’s love and life will always be remembered. I will be taking some time to be there for my children who have lost their mother, so forgive me in advance if you don’t hear from us for a while. But please know that I will feel your outpouring of love in the weeks and months ahead as we heal. All my love, JT

The couple has two children: Ella Blue and Benjamin.

Ella paid tribute to her mother and shared her thoughts on Instagram ” I have never seen a woman as brave, powerful, beautiful and loving as you.”

According to the closest family member, Kelly’s illness was not known to the public and she died Sunday morning. She had been undergoing treatment for cancer for a long time.

Celebrities are expressing their grief over her death on social media and paying tribute to her.
